IKNWC but...

the weather has totally changed in the last couple of days - autumn has arrived brrr. Looking forward to wearing lighter clothes all year around in oz but does anyone miss the cold "wrap up warm" days of the uk??

(I know I will get used to the temp and feel cold there eventually but it's not like living on the blustery west coast of Cumbria!)

We are just coming into spring. I do miss the cold - particularly on very hot nights. Though it can get cold in Perth - low single figures on a night. Also, most houses have no insulation or heating. But, thats an excuse for us to keep ourselves warm :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

Wow...still 'hot 'and sunny here. Having a late lunch with the kids at a little harbour 2 mins away whilst the agent shows some people around our house.

I care! Fantastic news. What's it doing and where? Are you confident? Anything the community can do to help? Let us know how it goes...

Thanks Portlaunay!

It's a sales job for the RAC in Joondalup. . I'm pretty confident but although I've done this kind of thing before, I know I'll be up against people with more experience of Australian business practice.

I'll keep you all posted.
