What are the hours and hospitals like to work in Perth and suburbs

I am currently working 37.5 hours a week, on 13 hour shifts and love the fact I have 4 days off a week. I also have 7 weeks annual leave, which includes bank holidays. I currently look after 15 patients per shift.

 

What is nursing like in perth? Are there any hospitals that allow these long days. I would hate to move abroad and not be able to spend time enjoying it with my family by working 5 days. I am not used to it anymore. Do they have similar holiday entitlements and are they flexible hours? or pretty much same as here you request what you want and fingers x you get it.

 

Any hospitals people recommend, after reading stories about english staff being bullied or made to not feel welcome. I would hate this when its hard enough adjusting to another way of living without making friends etc.

I only have Mental Health to refer to .. but you'll probably get 5 weeks plus public holidays. It's usually an 80 hour fortnight of which you'll accrue one day off a month.
