Guest Little Miss Sunshine
Bit of a random question....does anyone know if it is worth my OH taking his cordless power tools? We know it will cost to ship them over but even more expensive to buy in Perth. He is unsure of the voltage/power difference beteween the UK and Aus. Can anyone shed any light on this please? Thanks Kat

Thanks Kat Hi Kat, My OH is taking all his tools. Then again we are taking everything over! ha. We've been told by a number of people that tools are more expensive over there so yes i would say he should take them with you.
Guest gsimmons
I would not take all power tools with me but instead try to use power rental services instead. I think especially if you do not need the tools so often than it would be better and cheaper to rent them. I also sometimes rent special tools which I only need once because I do not want to buy them all. I can really recommend such services because it is cheap and you always get the right tool for your current work.

Thanks Kat Bring your tools, every single last one of them. Bring all your power tools, cordless or not, every last one of them! Because they cost more than an arm and a leg here in Perth. Happy days, Paul
Guest graham from hull
Im taking all my Hilti power tools and laser levell. Cost me too much to leave them here, and they will go in the container. Just have to give them a good clean and change the god darn plugs.
