LoveOz
I thought a unit was an apartment/ flat and house is what we call a bungalow ? :ssign2: maybe ... Thank you, I had been looking on line at the units and houses and had no idea what they meant by unit, I thought they might have meant prefab. But what you have said makes sense. piccolo
My take would be that units don't really tend to have a garden area, there's very little outside space and ya, they're bungalows in a complex of several others.

nicolac34
We are in a Unit and have loads of outdoor space! But, yes, units are really just appartments - we're just lucky enough to have a ground floor one. From what I can gather: Unit = appartment Duplex = semi-detatched Villa = like a house but not, will be in a strata managed complex, bigger than a unit and should come with outdoor space
