Jen_PFR Posted April 17, 2012 Report Share Posted April 17, 2012 Hi Sam, in the areas you describe there aren't a huge abundance of hotels, but there should be some short stay/holiday type accommodation options. As you've identified you won't be able to organise a long term rental unless you have actually seen the property (or got someone else to view it for you, and submit a rental application on your behalf.) We have properties in various states of availability over the coming months, but they are all a lot closer to Perth city than the suburbs you're looking at, and they are apartments or villas rather than houses.
