Moving to Perth...HELP NEEDED!

Dean

Recommended Posts

Hi - we are a young family looking to move to Perth. We are currently on the Gold Coast and are ready to go! We need to find some short term rental accommodation (1-6 weeks) whilst we settle in and are then able to find somewhere more long term to rent. Does anybody know of anywhere or have any suggestions? Any suggestions appreciated!

Thanks - Dean (Jane & Hugo)

Hi Jen - Thanks for your reply, and yes...oops...forogt the dates! We're currently in a rented accommodation that we need to give 2 weeks notice on, with planning, packing and moving, then the beginning of June is a good time to plan for, although we are flexible. I've had a quick look at your site and a lot of the properties are booked out. We are a family of three, with our son Hugo who is 20 months old. We are looking for somewhere that is pet friendly for our well trained cat...if you could help, that would really be greatly appreciated as we've been having trouble finding somewhere.

Thanks - Dean

Hi, have you thought of a tenant agent, they are licensed only acting on your behalf... you can secure a property to rent before you come over saving yourself a heap of money on temporary accommodation. They think they source inspect properties they have found with your agreeance of course.... and they have all the local knowledge as they are local and have lived in the area for many many years... this could be your other option

Thanks for the advise Eva and Dave. We have now secured a short term rental courtesy of Jen (ozhouserental.com) in Soalwater will be there June 6th.

Moving from the east coast to the west coast is proving to be as taxing as it was from the U.K. ...:)
