My husband has pulled something in his back. Anyone recommend somegood good to fix it living NOR.

Thanks

Do not try home based exercise or off internet recomendation, they are dangerous and can cause more harm than good.

Go to a good Physio near by as soon as possible they can help diagonize problem better as every one has a different problem with back and has to have a tailored exercise .

I have back problems - flares up every 6 months. First line of defense anti inflamatorys - you can get some from the Dr called Mobic. Over the counter - ibubrofen - you can take them with panadol - the chemist will tell you the dosages. Next remedial massage - make sure it is remedial. They are usually attached to physios. That loosens everything up. They'll give you stretches to do which helps. I go a couple of times - know a great one in Subiaco.

I do the same thing each time - hell for two days but right as rain by the end of the week.

I also have back problem in my upper back, I had consulted with the Physio and according to their suggestion I did some home base exercise but it didn't work on my back. Now I am taking some massage treatment with oils. That feels me relax you can also try it.
