Guest kazfish20
It looks like my husband has been accepted for a job in Perth, there is excitement, nerves, you name it i'm feeling it. Any ideas of areas to live, we have a 15 year old daughter and an 8 year old daughter. Would be lovely to hear from anyone.

phil
Exciting times! Have a think about what's important to you - busy/quiet, distance to beach, schools, restaurants, facilities, commute to work, budget etc. They seem to be the main factors people have strong preferences for. There's a few other similar threads on this site that are probably worth a read through.
linda@no9
Hi Kaz. Hubs already there and we follow August 24. Have 2 girls 16 and 7! Hubs currently renting in Hillarys. We stayed with friends in Jan and had a look at some areas, but will have more of an idea when we are there and have more time. I dont think you can decide for sure until you are there, but we liked Carramar, Tapping, Madeley, Dartch and a few others. How exciting for you!! How did your eldest daughter feel about moving my daughter is a little anxious and worried about school. She is 16 in September so her exams are next year.
