Oz Dollar
I am flying out to Perth but I was wondering if the customs allow my tools because some of my work tools have some rust on them, would you just paint over the rust or leave it or clean it the best you can? I have been told you could jet wash them will that be enough?
Guest melanie mac
Hi My husband rubbed off any rust with a wire brush and washed them thoroughly, our container arrives into Perth on the 10th of August so we could let you know how we got on. samlee337
I was under the impression that rust was okay (to a certain degree) it was soil/dirt/sawdust they were looking for ? Jeez might have to get the OH doing some more scrubbing then before packers arrive on Thursday!
Plumber Paul
Grab an old toothbrush and use lots of good old WD 40 on clean them up. A wire brush on the heavier rust works really well too.
