Before we pay a deposit just wondering if anyone has used/heard of/has any info about Lets-perth? Would be helpful to know anyone's experiences! Thanks guys. Most are in suburbs i wouldnt recommend except the large one in Mindarie....a lovely suburb. I had a member of Poms in Oz stay with me 2 nights last week in between moving from short to long term rental,she had stayed with her husband and 2 children in a house in Clarkson for 4 weeks and said she definitely wouldnt live there. Let me know which property on their list you are thinking of booking and I will give you my opinion if you like. When are you coming to Perth ? I know Lets-Perth.com extremely well, although I don't do my holiday lett through them, I do have car hire, another service they provide. Which property are you thinking of renting, one of their properties is down the road from me? I have dealt with Lets-Perth on 3 separate occasions and would highly recommend them, not only do they do car hire, they also do airport transfers and all the guys they use are lovely and extremely helpful and reliable, which is what you want after the long journey over. Since posting we were ready to pay our deposit to Lets-Perth but were told that the property had actually been booked and they didnt have any others in that price range! So...take 2... we are now hoping to go with ozhouserentals instead and ive heard a few things on forums etc about them so hopefully that will work out! Thanks again! debra Posted September 24, 2012 Report Share Posted September 24, 2012 Hi we stayed with lets-perth in their house in Butler - Butler paradise and it was ideal. We had a pool, plenty of room for our family of 6. We could walk to the shops and if not too hot to the beach - we did walk to Jindalee beach and it was fine about 10 -15 minute walk. They were very helpful and we also had the airport transfers and that was just perfect. We hired a car from them which was near on brand new !! They supplied 2 car seats for our little ones and gave us a sat nav.
