clairemk
Bought it in March this year, emigrated beginning of June so barely used. Unfortunately cartridges over here are not compatible. Print/Copy/Scan functions, touch screen controls. $
Admin
It is possible to change the region of the printer by contacting HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There shouldn't be any charge for this, it's covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work. HP's web page on the subject is here. From what I've heard though, speaking to HP support staff can be a bit of a rigmarole, so it may not be worth the time and effort.
