Welcome to Perth if you are already here or are on your way! Perths a good place to live! We didn't choose it, it chose us. I was offered a job here and the rest is history! How are recent migrants finding it?

Mad Cow
Nice out there. We had friends that lived in Jane brook but they moved to parkerville! Equally as nice!
Guest Igvan
Good to hear. I have been here nearly 3 weeks, and sign lease on a house in Forrestfield tomorrow. Wife and daughters joining me at end of Feb. I am mostly fortunate to work in air conditioned workshop, but have had some site work - and the heat is challenging. At risk of offending have to adopt a local pace to cope!

It's personal choice if to use a migration agent or not. I guess it comes down to if you want the peace of mind from knowing that your application has been checked over from a professional etc. Re: globalvisa, clearly I can't call them a con, I'm sure they have many satisfied customers, however, if someone were to ask for my recommendation, they certainly wouldn't feature on that list. I'd be looking at Gomatilda, George Lombard Consultancy, Ptlabs consulting, or maybe Taylor Made Immigration. I'm sure the members will be happy to recommend other agents as well.
