Kev Rad
Hi All I was just wondering what caravans cost, ie are they really expensive? I have had a look and although a bit different from the UK they are pretty pricey. Has anyone brought one over with them? Is it like a car where you have to have owned it for 12 months as I have heard there is no timed restriction on them. May be worth shipping 1 over to sell and put the profit into the new house fund. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks Kev
Mad Cow
Hi, yes caravans are very expensive here! I wish we had brought ours in hindsight!
jackboots
Us too .. we were shocked to put it mildly !! extortionate is the word and don't get me started on trailer tents etc .. we are back to tent camping :( We had a 3 year old Bailey in the Uk and sold it for a pittance compared to the vans here . I do wonder though if you do bring it what would the shipping cost compared to one here .. i doubt Damp would ever be a problem , maybe the continental style would be good ? you would def need Aircon me thinks !
