rakel9 Posted April 14, 2013 Report Share Posted April 14, 2013 Hey guys, me and my hubby have two youg girls age 2 and 4, we are moving to perth soon as our visas geting granted, the hardest thing am finding is were to live, best schooling for when they start, reasonable rental prices as we are going to be renting for a while, not to far from a calm sea, lots of parks etc for us, lovely family friendly suberb, north or south?? my hubby will be doing fifo so can live anywere really, i no everybody has differnt views but your comments on were u live would be great, make our dicisson abit easier, we want to settle so geting wer we live right the 1st time is the most important, we have a budget of upto 600-650 a mnth, would like at least 3bedroom, a pool if possible but def a nice largish garden, thankyou Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cheap areas usually have poor schools Houses with pools usually have no gardens Lots of information on here about suburbs. Look at domain/reiwa for rentals. Guest Dave11 Posted April 18, 2013 Report Share Posted April 18, 2013 Hi I have been in Oz 23 years I work in Real Estate so may sound a bit bias but have found Rockingham area a great place to live. Like anywhere it has good and not so good bits. Longest drive to safe beach 10 min 1hr to airport lots of fifo people. try and get children into RC school. Rents have gone up lots for all of Perth 3x1 now $300+ per week 4x2 $350+ per week but rentals in short supply.
