LauraB
Does anyone know of any running groups around? I've joined the WAMC and looked at Northern Suburbs Running Club but all seem to meet at 5.30pm and I'd still be at work! I'm based in Kingsley so if anyone fancies a running buddy let me know :-)
rob-c
There was a group last year running in Kings Park on Sunday mornings, someone on here was organising it?
kerry267
Hi Laura, I come over in July and will be looking to live NOR. I'd love to have someone to run with so I'll look you up when we're sorted and see if you're still looking for someone? Are you on Facebook? Paulr
Hi, I would join up with NSRG for the weekend runs, and you will get o know people I think quite a few of the guys live in Kingsley so some will no doubt be running at other times and you could meet up. nappy82
Hi Laura I am hopefully moving to Kinglsey in September with my wife. We are both into running. Whats Kingsley like? Ian
LauraB
I've joined the NSRG - great group, except I can only do the Sat morning runs due to all the week day ones being at 5.30pm and I wouldn't be able to make it that early from work. Kerry, if you end up moving local we can definitely meet up for some runs :-)

flatpack
Brilliant! Thanks for this. When do you move? That is an unknown, as soon as possible really! In all honesty though it'll probably a year yet as I only applied to VU for my trade assessment today! lozzachino
Nsrg is free and meets for some runs at neil hawkins park joondalup. Early mornings, evenings and weekends. My husband looked it up and is going tomorrow am.no need to register just turn up and join in! parkrun seems to be more organised as in you have to register before you can join in for the day. I have been meeting up with some girls one the weekend for walks, so its just as easy to organise your own stuff too. Any girls looking to make new friends i would recommend Perth Wingwomen on facebook. Its afab group for women in their twenties and thirties to meet new people and expand their social circles. They organise lunches, brunches, dinners, exercise things and all sorts of stuff. Anyone can organise anything too and thats where i have met some lovely ladies and gone for walks and joined a book club too.
LauraB
I used to go to parkrun in claisebrook but wanted to do more than 5k. NSRG is very good for some longer runs :-)
