katenollie
Looking into aussie bank accounts. Got a document about NAB. Looks like they want to charge me $4 per cash withrawal? Doesnt mention if this is only on non NAB atms though. Have I read this right. Do you guys on here get charged for using your cards at ATMS? Do you guys on here get charged for using your cards at ATMS? $4 per cash withdrawal is for using your nab card in overseas atm's. Shouldn't be any change for using nab/redi atm's in Australia. The nab/redi atm network is one of the largest in Australia. As with all? Australian banks, if you use a different bank's atm, then there'll be a charge. Rossmoyne
If you have an account with Bankwest or Commonwealth you can use ATM's from either bank for no fee.
Gemzee
Basically they charge over here to use any atm's which aren't your own banks. I am with commonwealth which also lets me use Bankwest atm's. Do kinda miss just being able to use any cash point I want for free! but I'm sure Perth (or is it the whole of Aus?) will catch up...I hope!! Nic964
Most shops you can withdraw cash as part of your purchase, and this doesnt cost, so unless urgent, I just tend to take some out when shopping. Nick
